Return & Exchange Policy
At Travel Era Threads, we take pride in creating custom, high-quality products for our customers. As each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

The item received is incorrect or significantly differs from the product description.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse as all products are custom-made.
