We’ll keep you updated via email. We’ll send the tracking number as soon as it ships so you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use UPS to ship all orders in the US. If you need to make a change to your address, please send a message to our Contact Us page before your order ships to make sure it arrives at the right place.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

The estimated delivery time for your order is 10-14 days from the date of purchase.

Average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days.
Shipping takes 5-8 business days.

The 10-14-day delivery period starts from the moment your order is confirmed and processed, which typically occurs within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

You can request a change of shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, changes may not be possible due to the processing and shipping schedule.

Return Policy

If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items eligible for return or exchange must be brand new, unused condition, with all original tags attached and packaging intact. If the item does not, it does not qualify for a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, send an email through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for the return, within 30 days of original purchase.

We will email back with the details for returning your item.

Returns will be refunded in the original payment method. 
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
